If you are having trouble accessing your account on BrilliantBookHouse.com, (not necessarily the same login credentials as a BrilliantTV.com membership) it may mean your account has not been activated. You may receive error messages such as "Invalid Login Credentials" or "No Account Found with that Email," even when you have used the email to place an order previously or get email mailing from us regularly.
You can do two things to gain access to your account: 1) go through the process to "Create an Account" or 2) you can contact help@brilliantperspectives.com to request an activation email for your account.
You do not need to login to place an order, so if you are still having trouble you can check out as a guest or give us a call to assist in ordering.
Once you activate your account, you should see any previous orders placed under that email address going as far back as 3/1/2017 when we changed to our new website host.
