If when you click on the link, nothing happens, then you might need to try opening the link in another window. You can right click on the link name - the select either "Open in New Window" or "Copy Link Address". If you open in new window, you might need to refresh that page once it opens up and if you copy the link address, you can just paste that into a new browser window or tab from there.
Our eBooks come in 3 formats, .mobi files for Kindle users, .epub files for general eBook readers and .pdf files for reading without an eReader. You simply click on the file type you prefer to begin the download. If you aren't sure or you wish to download the file directly to a mobile device, we would suggest selecting the .pdf file type.
For Kindle app or iBooks, the easiest way might be to download them to your computer first and then load them into your Kindle or iBooks application from there and sync the files to any mobile devices. If you need help completing that task you can find instructions here:

Can't find links to your downloads?
You should also have received an email with the links to your digital content at the time the order was placed. Try checking in your spam or junk email folders to see if it was filtered there.
