If you have requested a password reset and have not seen it coming through, it's possible the email is being blocked or filtered to a spam or junk email folder. Please check all mail, and junk/spam folders to see if it just missing your inbox.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, please try the steps below:
- Go to https://www.brillianttv.com/
- Click "Sign In" and enter your email address. (This needs to be the email address you used to sign up, if you are having trouble signing in, could the account be under a different email address?)
- Enter password. If you have not set a password or are not sure of your password, move to step 4 below
- In the pop-up that follows, click "reset your password" below the blue sign in button. (see the image below)
- An email will be sent to you with prompts to set a password. (No email? Check your spam or junk folders! Or could you have used a different email to sign up?)
If you have followed these steps, and tried any email you might have used to sign up, our team can check on your account and update your password for you if needed.
