If you are having trouble with signing into the mobile app for Brilliant Plus (formerly BrilliantTV). You will need to update to the latest version. Go to your AppStore or PlayStore and search Brilliant TV for the update. You may even need to try uninstalling and reinstalling your app to make sure you have the latest version.
If you are still having trouble accessing your membership, please try the steps below:
- Go to https://www.brillianttv.com/
- Click "Sign In" and enter your email address. (This needs to be the email address you used to sign up, if you are having trouble signing in, could the account be under a different email address?)
- Choose Sign with my password. If your password isn't working, move to step 4 below
Or choose Send me One-Time Password (but be aware that this will send you an email, and if you don't see that email come through check your junk or spam).
- In the pop-up that follows, click "Forgot password" below the password box. (see the image below)
- An email will be sent to you with prompts to set a password. (No email? Check your spam or junk folders! Or could you have used a different email to sign up?)
- If you have requested a password reset and have not seen it coming through, it's possible the email is being blocked or filtered to a spam or junk email folder. Please check all mail, and junk/spam folders to see if it's just missing your inbox.
