If you have signed up and have a payment receipt from us, there shouldn't be much of a delay to getting access. If you have a receipt for sign up, take note of that email address and try the following:
Try logging in with the email address you used to pay at https://www.brillianttv.com/. If you haven't accessed before you will be prompted to create a password.
