How do I adjust the volume of the video or audio?

To adjust the volume on the web player:

1. Hover the cursor over the content you are currently accessing to make the controls visible.
2. On the bottom left, you should see volume controls.
3. To control how high or low the volume is, hover the cursor over the volume bar and click the left side to lower the volume or the right side to raise the volume.
4. If you’d like to mute the video entirely, click the speaker icon. Click again to unmute.
5. If volume is all the way up and you still are having trouble hearing make sure you computer volume or device volume is adjusted as well.
