If you have requested a password reset and have not seen it coming through, it's possible the email is being blocked or filtered to a spam or junk email folder. Please check All Mail, and junk/spam folders to see if it is just missing your inbox.
If the sign in is asking for a password and your password is not working, forgotten, or you never set one:
- First navigate to www.brillianttv.com (on your computer or mobile device).
- We do suggest using a browser like Chrome or Firefox, rather than Safari or Internet Explorer.
- Enter your email address (be sure this is the same address your account is under) and choose OR Sign in with my password.
- On the next screen choose 'Forgot Your Password'
- Immediately login to your email, to check for the password reset email. Check your junk or spam and try refreshing if you do not see it right away. The time limit to use the link is just 10 minutes, so you will need to act fast! 🙂
- If you have any trouble please wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again. Short outages on the app might effect your password reset request.
