If the login page is asking for a password and your password is not working, forgotten, or you never set one:
1. navigate to www.brillianttv.com (on your computer or mobile device).
We do suggest using a browser like Chrome or Firefox if you are on a iPhone or iPad.
2. Enter your email address. (Be sure this is the same address your account is under!)
3. On the next screen choose 'Forgot Password'
4. Immediately login to your email, to check for the password reset email. Check your junk or spam and try refreshing if you do not see it right away. The time limit to use the link is just 10 minutes, so you will need to act fast! 🙂
5. If you have any trouble please wait 10 to 15 minutes and try again. Our app has been experiencing some short outages and those might effect your password reset request.
