If you are a member and want to access Brilliant Plus (formerly BrilliantTV) on your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps:
- Download or update the Brilliant TV iOS app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Enter your email address and tap Continue.
- If your email is not recognized as having an account you will be prompted to create one. If you do have an account check your email address to make sure you didn't mistype or try a different email.
- If you do have an account with us (free or paid) you will see the following screen. Enter your password or choose Forgot Password if you aren't sure.
- Click Sign In and the iOS app will refresh and log you in to watch!
If you are a member and want to access Brilliant Plus (formerly BrilliantTV) on your Android phone or tablet, follow these steps:
- Download the Brilliant TV Android app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Enter your email address and tap Continue.
- If your email is not recognized as having an account you will be prompted to create one. If you do have an account check your email address to make sure you didn't mistype!
- If you do have an account with us (free or paid) you will see the following screen. Enter your password or choose Forgot Password if you aren't sure.
- Click Sign In and the Android app will refresh and log you in to watch!
If you run into any trouble, try resetting your password or logging in on a browser on your device.
