If you are experiencing trouble with the video or audio while watching a live Gathering or coaching session, there are some steps that might help you below!

No audio? You will want to make sure you have the sound up on both your computer and on the video itself. Hover over the video - do you see the volume control on the bottom right?
- If you are on a live Zoom call: On mobile, you can tap the screen to see options. Make sure you "Join Audio", if you don't see this option or there is no audio after you select it, try leaving the Zoom call. When you return look for a pop up about permissions. Allow Zoom to access audio devices.
- Hearing an echo? Make sure you only have one instance of the broadcast page open! If you do have just one, try pausing and unpausing the video a couple times - or refresh!
- No video or video frozen or pausing? First try closing your browser window and opening a new one!
- You might have better luck using a browser like Chrome or Firefox, try a new browser to see if that helps.
- If you still have trouble, it could be a buffering issue. If you can reset your router, try that, or come back in about an hour it should work more smoothly when we are not broadcasting live.
We may also be experiencing technical difficulties on our end as well. It happens! 😅 Check the live chat for updates - we are surely working on it and should be back in a few minutes!
We do offer replays of live Gatherings (for a month for non members) if you miss them live!
